While you are not out enjoying all of the amenities you can quickly walk home to relax in Livin Life Good's Open Floor Plan. The great room is open to the kitchen and dining areas and is tastefully decorated. The Great Room includes a very comfortable full size sofa, loveseat, and electric rocking recliner with built in massager. The sofa has 2 recliners and both sides of the love seat individually rock and recline for a total of 5 reclining seats. There are multiple side tables with touch lamps that include USB chargers and a large coffee table. The Entertainment Center includes a new 65 inch HD Fire TV with subscription to Sling TV included. There is a streaming app installed, Locast which currently allows free local streaming. Netflix is available with your login and subscription as well as Amazon Prime TV. You are welcome to bring your own fire stick or other smart device. There are a total of 5 new HD Fire TV's in the home including in the MBR, 2BR, Den, and even on the wall in the screened Lanai!! We have included some games and books for you to enjoy!

As of August the Community pool is open and boasts absolutely beautiful sunsets. You can also enjoy miles of walking and biking trails along lakes and woods starting three pedals from the drive. Other Sawgrass Grove elements are currently planned to begin opening in the Fall of 2021.

Property taxes, utilities, high speed internet, Sling TV, trash, lawn service, and Personalized code keyless entry.
Rental Policy:
$1500 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$175 Cleaning Fee
7% Florida and Sumter County occupancy tax will be added to final cost.
Security deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure if there are no damages or losses. This will include return of keys, garage door remotes, security gate key and mailbox key.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
