Upgraded Granite countertops and new faucet in the kitchen. No homes are behind us as we have a landscaped back yard. There is also a climate controlled Florida room that you can enjoy while sipping on your fresh cup of coffee from our coffee bar. Southern Trace Shopping Center is 5 minutes by cart. Nearby restaurants and stores that are within 10 minutes by cart include Walmart, Bealls, Fresh Market, Publix Super Market, Sprouts, Bonefish Grille, Red Lobster, Culvers, Starbucks. We have a large mesh shopping bag that fits on back of our cart for grocery items…we find it very helpful not to have to pile bags on the cart floor when we go out shopping. Our home is just a 12-minute (scenic) cart ride to nightly entertainment at Lake Sumter Landing (3.8 mi). Spanish Springs Town Center is reachable by golf cart in about 25 minutes. The adult pool at Belvedere is within walking distance and the family pool at Pimlico Rec Center is a quick 2-minute cart ride away. We are both golfers, and feel blessed to have several Executive and Championship golf courses very close to our home. At nearby Pimlico Rec Center you have access to 3 popular Executive Courses. (Churchill Downs, Belmont, and Pimlico). The two closest Championship courses are Palmer Legends (10 minutes by golf cart) & Glenview County Club, another beautiful layout, (12 minutes by cart). Other nearby Executive courses are Hawkes Bay, Saddlebrook, Heron, Pelican, El Diablo, El Santiago, De La Vista, Bogart and Bacall. Our living room has a couch and three recliner chairs. Kick back and enjoy our 75 inch Flat screen smart TV. Bring your sign on info for your favorite streaming apps available on our TVs. Master Suite has a king bed with Flat screen TV, a large walk in closet, and private bath with shower. The Guest Room has a queen bed, double door closet, and adjacent bath with tub shower. Temporary Residents ID is $50 for two persons and payable directly to The Villages. This allows you access to all pools, rec centers, and grants golf privileges at all Executive courses with no charge. If you are riding, there is a small ($4) rider fee payable at the course. Or if you golf frequently, you can purchase a monthly trail fee for about $22 and this gives the two resident ID holders unlimited use of cart at all Executive courses for the entire month.
