Garage mounted key pad as well as a digital front door entry key pad and 2 gate entry keys. Free golf (does not include trail fees) on all 40+ Executive golf courses with Villages ID card of $50. which is additional and payable directly to the villages for this amenity.

Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security of $750 due within 7 days of booking. Balance plus any additionl fees are due 45 days prior to rental date.

If cancelled, deposit is subject to forfiture unlss re-rented. We would highly recomment that you get trip insurance so that if you have to cancel your rental for any reason and we are not able to re-rent you will be reimbursed for any monies not refundable.
Monthly amounts listed are based on double occupancy (2 adults). Call for information on rntal of more than two people.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 years+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time period.
